What IP rating do bathroom wall lights need?

Ceramic wall lights — such as a curved up-and-down design — suit both contemporary and traditional bathrooms. The material is naturally moisture-tolerant and easy to wipe clean, making it a practical as well as attractive option. Brass and brushed gold finishes pair well with white sanitaryware and add warmth to a neutral colour palette.
Adjustable-shade wall lights are particularly useful in bathrooms where the mirror position is fixed but you want some directional control over the beam. A matt painted finish in a muted tone — navy, sage, or terracotta — can anchor a bathroom's colour scheme without overwhelming a small space.
